HOW TO ORDER
    There are 4 ways to order:
  1. Online with a credit card and our secure server.
  2. Print you order, provide credit card information ( including expiration date) and fax to: 1-321-284-4032
  3. If you are Government funded organization ( i.e. School, University, Library, etc.) you can mail your Purchase Order to us or fax it to 1-321-284-4032.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We make every effort to keep the website updated on the status of items in our inventory. Occasionally, items sell out or become limited in quantity before they can be noted on the site. If you have ordered items which are not available, we will email or call you to determine if you wish to backorder the item, substitute something else or cancel. You will be charged based on your revised order total.
PRIVACY POLICY
WE DO NOT SELL OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTE ANY OF THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE ! We hate spam too, In the process of accepting your order we accept information about you. We add your email address to our in-house database to notify you of special offers. If you wish to be removed from our list, please let us know by phone or email. If you choose to participate in the Quick-E-Buy program, your billing and shipping information will be stored on our secure server for future purchases.

RETURN POLICY / REFUNDS

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (Certain items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and are so noted on the web site.) We'll also issue credit for the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We cannot accept returns of any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). or any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Include a copy of your invoice or information stating your name, address, order number and the reason for your return. Please note for volume orders: Special orders cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded. This includes large quantities that have to be specially ordered and drop-shipped from the manufacturer.
Returning a gift? If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

REFUNDS - We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
