“Are you available on short notice?”
Yes we are. However, our calendar can fill up early. Please send us a message if you need a sitter and we will do our best to accommodate you. This may mean substituting overnights for visits or vise versa, depending on availability.
“Is a Meet and Greet required?”
A Meet and Greet is not required, but is strongly suggested and is completely free of charge. We are able to better accommodate pets for extended periods of time and on going care if we have the opportunity to get to know their personalities and routines first. Meet and Greets are very casual, and usually last between 30-60 minutes. Meet and Greets are available at our home or yours. To schedule a Meet and Greet click here.
“How far do you travel?”
Our service area is based in Ambler PA. We currently service the following locations:

“What treatments or documentation do I need to provide?”
We ask that you please provide us with a copy of your pet’s vet records, including all vaccines and inoculations. This way we can insure that your pet is healthy, and receives proper care should any emergencies arise. Since your pet will be in close contact with other dogs and, we require that all pets that stay or play with us are up to date with their Bordatella vaccination. During walks and outside playtime, your pet may encounter wooded areas, so current flea and tick preventative is also necessary.
“We’ve confirmed our reservation! What should we bring?”
If your pet is staying with us, please feel free to bring anything that will make them comfortable. This includes bed, blanket, and treats. We do provide a community toy box for our guest’s enjoyment. Please be advised that, like kids, dogs do have a tendency to play rough sometimes, so please do not bring anything irreplaceable or anything they won’t be willing to share.
Please also be sure to pack enough food for the duration of their stay. Food bowls are not necessary- we’ll do the dishes complementary. Don’t forget to pack any medication that must be administered during their stay. We find it the dogs like our cooking better if we can make it as similar to “homestyle” as possible. For this reason, we ask that you please include a set of written directions for us to reference- including number of servings each day, portion size, and any mix ins or toppers they like. Your pet should also come with his/her collar (with tags), harness (if applicable), and leash.
“What time is check in and check out?”
Check in can be scheduled based on your plans usually, between 9am-9pm. Check out is included until 3pm on the last day of the stay. After 3pm a late check out charge of $15 is added. This is done in anticipation of your pet requiring an additional feed and walk in the afternoon and early evening.
